Buffalo Bills Owner Terry Pegula Submits Plan for $120 Million ADPRO Sports Training Center Expansion, Governor Kathy Hochul's Reaction Leaves Bills Mafia Disappointed

Posted Apr 6, 2026

Buffalo, NY – March 2026. Buffalo Bills owner Terry Pegula has submitted a plan to expand the ADPRO Sports Training Center in Orchard Park, New York.

The expansion will add 80,000 square feet of office space, designed to serve both the football operations and business departments of the team.

The number of parking spaces will also increase from 275 to 435 to meet the growing needs of the team. The expansion will be located on the east side of the facility, facing nearby highway access routes.

Although this is a significant step, the plan comes amid the ongoing discussions surrounding the long-term direction of the franchise. Fans are understandably concerned about the future of the team.

Terry Pegula shared, “We are committed to investing in the community and the people of this city. This new project will create many jobs and help many people. But perhaps, we will have to wait for the state to approve this plan before we can move forward.”

The plan was submitted in December 2025, with construction expected to begin in the summer of 2026 and complete by fall 2028.

However, Governor Kathy Hochul’s reaction has left the Bills Mafia disappointed. She expressed concerns about the cost and practicality of the project, as the state also needs valuable land for other investments.

Hochul raised concerns that investing heavily in sports infrastructure, while lacking strong options for other development priorities, may not be the most sensible approach.

“The community needs clarity from the ownership about the future direction of the team,” she stated.

Hochul’s response has frustrated Bills fans. They believe rejecting this expansion plan is unfair to the organization, especially considering the potential benefits it could bring to the local economy.

While expanding the ADPRO Sports Training Center is seen as necessary to remain competitive, the concerns about the team’s long-term future have left the Bills community uncertain.

With construction slated to begin in the summer of 2026, Bills fans will continue to follow the project’s progress closely.

They hope that these decisions will ultimately bring positive changes for the team in the near future.

Buffalo Bills Go Big, Shocking the NFL by Signing 3 Veteran Superstars in One Day – A Move That Puts Pressure on the Entire AFC
Buffalo, New York – Buffalo Bills had a standout day by signing 3 free agents all in one day, a move that could change the entire AFC landscape. This signing took place on a day when transactions in the NFL were slow, making it a move that grabbed the attention of the entire league. The three new players joining the Bills are Trent Sherfield, Austin Corbett, and Lloyd Cushenberry III, providing a major boost to the team. Trent Sherfield, a 30-year-old wide receiver, has had a diverse career with 124 games, recording 89 receptions, 1,034 yards, and 6 touchdowns. Sherfield has played for several teams, including the Bills in the 2023 season, and now he will bring added strength to the team's offense. Austin Corbett, an offensive guard, is a former second-round pick of the Cleveland Browns. He has played in 94 NFL games with the Panthers, Rams, and Browns. Corbett is a quality addition to strengthen the line protecting Josh Allen, solidifying the Bills in crucial games. Lloyd Cushenberry III, an offensive lineman, was a third-round pick of the Denver Broncos in the 2020 draft. He has played in 57 games for the Broncos and 23 games for the Tennessee Titans. With his extensive experience, Cushenberry will help fortify the Bills’ offensive line, increasing their defensive strength against opponents. These three players bring valuable experience, enriching a team that has already shown strong progress in the previous season. The Bills now have a team full of potential, and the addition of these players only strengthens the team further. The inclusion of Sherfield, Corbett, and Cushenberry not only adds quality but also provides stability in all situations during games. This reinforcement also makes the Bills a strong contender in the AFC, with the goal of becoming champions. This sends a clear message to all AFC teams that the Bills are ready to compete, and they are increasing the pressure on their opponents. Trent Sherfield and Austin Corbett will play key roles in bolstering the offense, while Lloyd Cushenberry will fortify the defense. The Bills are certainly preparing for a much stronger upcoming season with these additions. Since joining the NFL, these three players have left significant marks in their careers and will bring substantial contributions to the Bills. Despite having experience with other teams, moving to Buffalo will present new challenges and opportunities for them to fully showcase their abilities. The Bills’ playstyle will be built on the solid foundation of these veteran players, and they are ready to ramp up and put pressure on the entire AFC. Negotiations with these players are now complete, and the Bills are moving forward toward an exciting new season. With these bold decisions, Buffalo Bills are preparing for a season where they could seize it all.
